iOS 18 มีแผนที่จะเพิ่มฟีเจอร์ใหม่ในแอป Notes ที่รองรับการบันทึกเสียง ในแอปพลิเคชัน และ Math Notes ที่ช่วยในการทำคณิตศาสตร์ นอกจากนี้ยังมีแผนที่จะปรับปรุงชื่อบัญชี Apple ID เป็น Apple Account และเพิ่มคุณสมบัติเพื่อการใช้งานทางวิชาการและมีรายงานว่า Apple อาจพยายามทำให้ Notes เทียบเท่ากับ OneNote โดยเน้นความสำคัญในประสิทธิภาพและประโยชน์สำหรับผู้ใช้ทั้งหมด การปรับปรุงนี้คาดว่าจะเปิดตัวในงาน WWDC ปี 2024 และอาจมีการใช้งานร่วมกับ iCloud ได้อีกด้วย
